From September 20th to October 5th, the world's largest folk festival will take place on the Theresienwiese. The 190th Oktoberfest will be celebrated for 16 days this year. The traditional tapping of the keg by Mayor Dieter Reiter will kick off on September 20th at 12 noon in the Schottenhamel.
